The Little Things That Count

We have several grandparents who bring their grandchildren to school. One of the grandmas pulled into the parking lot a little later than normal. When I opened the door to get the child out, the grandma apologized for being late. “We were late,” she says, “because we had to look at a dead cricket!” Thank you, Grandma Mere, for taking time to “smell the roses”! Or in this case, to look at dead bugs! God bless the grandparents who are there for our little ones!
